AI SYSTEMS AND CUSTOMER DATA

A+ AI Lab offers local-first AI systems and may integrate third-party AI models, cloud providers, software, or APIs. The specific data flow depends on the system, configuration, and services selected. Local-first does not mean every operation is guaranteed to remain on-device. Where a workflow uses a cloud or third-party service, relevant data may be transmitted to that provider under its terms and privacy practices. Customer-specific architecture, permissions, and data-handling requirements may also be defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, such as Squarespace, hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, communications providers, analytics providers, shipping or fulfillment providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising technologies that constitute "sharing" or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy law, we will honor legally required opt-out mechanisms where applicable.
