AI OUTPUT IS NOT GUARANTEED

Artificial intelligence models can generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, inconsistent, or unexpected output. AI responses may sound confident even when they are wrong. You should independently review important outputs before relying on them.

HUMAN REVIEW FOR HIGH-IMPACT USES

AI output should not be the sole basis for legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, insurance, employment, healthcare, safety, security, compliance, or other high-impact decisions. Qualified human review is required where appropriate, and customers remain responsible for decisions made using their systems.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, information generated by our website, demonstrations, AI systems, documentation, or support materials is general technical information and is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

LOCAL-FIRST DOES NOT MEAN CLOUD-FREE

A+ AI Lab designs systems to keep appropriate workloads on customer-controlled hardware when configured to do so. However, some workflows may intentionally use external APIs, cloud AI providers, hosted services, remote support tools, software repositories, or third-party integrations. The actual data path depends on the configuration, provider, and workflow selected.

THIRD-PARTY MODELS AND SERVICES

AI models, operating systems, open-source projects, APIs, cloud services, business applications, and other third-party tools may change without notice. Providers may alter capabilities, pricing, availability, usage limits, licenses, or privacy practices. A+ AI Lab does not control independent third-party systems and cannot guarantee their continued availability or behavior.

AUTOMATION AND AUTHORITY

Automated agents can take actions faster and at larger scale than a person. Before enabling an agent to send messages, modify files, change business records, access accounts, purchase services, control infrastructure, or perform other consequential actions, customers should review permissions, limits, approval gates, logging, backups, and recovery procedures. Customers are responsible for granting only authorized access and for supervising automation appropriate to the risk.

SECURITY AND RELIABILITY

No computer, network, AI model, automation framework, remote-access system, or security control is immune from defects, outages, attacks, misconfiguration, or data loss. Customers should maintain appropriate backups, credential controls, software updates, monitoring, and recovery plans. A+ AI Lab does not guarantee that a system will be continuously available, vulnerability-free, or suitable for every environment.

PERFORMANCE CLAIMS

Model speed, capability, concurrency, memory usage, token capacity, power consumption, and other performance characteristics vary based on hardware, software versions, workloads, model size, quantization, context length, drivers, third-party services, and configuration. Demonstrations and examples are illustrative and are not guarantees of future performance.

CUSTOMER DATA AND TRAINING

Customer-specific data may be used to configure, index, retrieve, or personalize a customer's system when requested. Whether information remains local or is transmitted to a third party depends on the deployed architecture and workflow. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to provide and process the data used with their systems.

AI technology changes quickly. We may update this disclaimer as our products, providers, architectures, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted with its effective date.
